Tue Apr 05, 2005 at 11:16:19 AM PDT

It's interesting to speculate about what's implied by this AP article concerning Carter's omission from the five-party official US delegation to the Pope's funeral.

Bush Declines to Meet with Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel

Mon Oct 25, 2004 at 02:38:50 PM PDT

I was just perusing the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel web page to see if there were any election endorsements yet.  There weren't, but what I found looks good for Kerry, as it turns out that W. didn't give their editorial board the courtesy of an in-person meeting.

While John Kerry responded in detail to the board's questions on October 15, W. had his flackies respond to the board in writing.

If this were Kerry, it would be all we'd see for the next 12 days.  Here's hoping the mainstream media get this image of our "strong leader" (I imagine the video is much funnier than the still shot) out there.  In the meantime, rate that photo up!

NBC Asks Wonkette to Provide Dem Blogger Debate Response

Tue Oct 05, 2004 at 11:19:51 AM PDT
